The short answer is training and support. General Parts Group technicians have multiple training opportunities. As a CFESA certified company we encourage our technicians to become CFESA Certified and we reward them for doing so. This CFESA training is complemented with on-the-job training and manufacturer-specific training schools. Our employee training opportunities do not stop there. We also support all employees who want to become Certified Foodservice Professionals through the North American Association of Food Equipment Manufacturers. Lastly, all our employees can participate in our educational reimbursement program. We would be happy to discuss these opportunities in more detail during the interview process.

Just out of school and don’t know where to start? We get it and we are here to help.
