JR Weber

Director of Sales for General Parts Group, JR Weber began his career in commercial foodservice equipment support in 2001 as a parts specialist with General Parts Group.  JR’s natural customer service abilities lead to him being promoted to Parts & Warehouse Manager before moving over to the service side of our company as Service Coordinator.

JR quickly learned that his passion was being in the field interacting with customers and finding solutions to their challenges.  In 2012 JR jumped to the sales side of the business and began his sales career as a Business Development Representative in General Parts Kansas City, MO location.  In 2014, JR was promoted to Regional Sales Manager and then Director of Sales in 2018.

JR earned his bachelor’s degree in Operations Management from Marian University in Fond du Lac, WI.  JR earned is CFSP (Certified Foodservice Professional) certification in 2011.  Jr is an active participant in industry associations such as RFMA (Restaurant Facilities Management Association) as well as SNA (School Nutrition Association).

Outside of work, JR is married to Kelly and is a father to son and daughter, Colin and Bridget.  Much of their time outside of work is spent attending youth sports and horse shows.
