CFESA Combi-Oven Training School – The Power of Three
The good folks at the Commercial Food Equipment Service Association (CFESA) have a lot to be proud of since the opening of the dedicated training center in Fort Mill, SC almost two years ago. However, the up-and-coming combi-oven training which is due to start on August 1st takes their achievements to a whole new level. With unprecedented support from manufacturers, a unique 6-day educational event will take place at the training center featuring classes from Alto-Shaam, Electrolux and Rational simultaneously.
If you’re thinking, wow I bet that is going to be popular then you are right, with just 30 spots available the course quickly sold out. This unique format will see three classes of 10 rotate between manufacturers every two days delivering an intense but highly focused event that will help support this growing equipment format. As an added benefit, previously certified technicians will be able to use this event for recertification credit.
This training event will feature equipment from Alto-Shaam’s Combitherm®, Rational’s SelfCookingCenter®, and Electrolux’s Air-O product lines.
As always General Parts Group was quick to support this event and is proud to have 5 technicians attending. Congratulation to the CFESA team for putting together this event and we look forward to supporting more training events in the future.
