View Commercial Appliance Repair History & Manage Restaurant Equipment with General Parts Group’s Lifecycle Cost Report

The Lifecycle Cost Report is a free service offered to General Parts Group customers through our service division that allows foodservice managers to monitor their commercial appliance repair history and manage equipment.

Upon the initial repair or maintenance, General Parts Group provides customers with live access to the Lifecycle Cost Report through an emailed link. Future work by our technicians will be categorized under a unique 6-digit equipment tag number that customers can review in the system.

The Lifecycle Cost Report is an invaluable service offering our customers a comprehensive view of their entire restaurant equipment repair process. We hear from our clients they receive two direct benefits from this reporting process: Tools to aide them in tracking the return-on-investment of their equipment and a documented repair history containing scanned images of who signed off on the job, a record of invoices, and details regarding what parts were replaced during the restaurant equipment repair service. All our technicians have access to this data which is referenced before any new call to help reduce future on-site repair time. A third indirect benefit to our clients is the data collected is periodically shared with our manufacturer partners. These partners analyze the data and look for design enhancements to help increase future equipment efficiency.
