Don began his food service career with General Parts in 2001.  From this time, he developed a deep understanding of how to best match our company’s services with customer’s needs in reactive service, planned maintenance, water filtration as well as equipment delivery and installation.

Don has been Certified Serve Safe and has also completed Everpure’s certified technician training course.  His experience working with a variety of customers has helped him understand the unique need they have, whether they are running a restaurant, a hospital or any other place food is served.

Don holds a degree in Sales and Marketing from UW-Stout and prior to joining General Parts gained 15 years of valuable experience in customer service from the retail industry.
