About Ed Eisen, Director of Operations

Director of Operations, Ed Eisen has worked at General Parts for over ten years. Initially Ed worked as a Service Manager in our Indiana branch before being promoted to the Branch Manager and later to the Regional Manager role overseeing multiple markets. In April 2022 Ed was promoted to his current position of Director of Operations.

Coming from a background in the full-service restaurant industry gives Ed a unique understanding of our industry and the needs of his customers. Starting as a line cook at an early age and working his way up to management led to Ed eventually became an owner/operator of a multiple restaurant concept. He transitioned to the service side of the industry working for Ecolab/GCS Service for 8 years prior to joining General Parts. In total Ed has over 24 years of experience in the foodservice industry.

Ed is currently focused on General Parts vision to be the provider of choice for commercial kitchen equipment support and the standard by which all others are measured. He is excited to work with his team to continue to provide service excellence to their customers.

Ed currently resides just north of Nashville Tennessee. In his spare time, Ed enjoys family time, cooking and baking, and the occasional road trip.
