General Parts Louisville ended Q1 with a First Time Fix Rate of 89% with 18 claims submitted. This is an amazing accomplishment and is very much appreciated and recognized by our organization.

I do not know who this will reach. I just wanted to take a moment to tell General parts corporate some good news. I know personally as a service manager and service provider for Thompson Tractor Company, how busy and demanding customers are at times. That being said, as a customer to General Parts out of Pensacola Florida. Michelle and Russell do a very good job and are very professional and more helpful than almost any vendor I have. I personally think that they both represent General parts at a very high level  when it comes to servicing Thompson Tractor company in Pensacola. Please pass this up and then back down the chain to their direct supervisor/supervisors for the hard work and dedication to Thompson Tractor.

I wanted to let you both know, how appreciative I am for your team. With the school year starting back up (yesterday, and we all survived!) Chris, Matt and team have been beyond stellar!
