Parts Returns Policy
- RMA Form, original invoices and receipts must accompany all parts returns.
- Returns will not be accepted for:
- Items over 30 days old.
- Parts which have been installed.
- Electrical parts.
- Special Order non-stock parts will be subject to a 30% restock fee.
- No restocking fee will be charged for stocked parts within 30 days of purchase.
- No credit will be given for Freight and Handling on customer error returns.
